Boost Word Press SEO with User Review Plugin

Do the terms schema tags, rich snippets, micro data, and on-page markup mean anything to you? If they do then I am probably subscribed to your blog. If not you are going to have to take my word for it they can play a part in your Word Press SEO.
If you have a Word Press website you do not need to learn how to write Schema code. There is a plugin that does that for you.

This is an example of Schema Markup.
Schema is essentially a set of markers (in the form of a universally accepted vocabulary) that are placed in the code of your website, that tells Google, Bing and Yahoo what they are looking at. The search engines can use these indicators to get a better understanding of what the marked content is, and use that understanding to generate more specific and more visually pleasing search results. These are called Rich Snippets.
“Rich Snippet” Example:

In this example you will notice that my picture is nested on the left hand side of the search result and my name, my Google + status, and a link to more results by Jason Fox were added. This is called Google Authorship and you can read how to add this to your site.
You can read more about Schema markups on the Google Blog and Schema.org. You can also find out what the Google Webmaster Rich Snippet Guidelines are here.
One of the first forms of Rich Snippet that was found on the search engines was the 5 star Yelp ratings. You will probably notice that today when you are searching for a type of business 1 or more of the top results will be a result with a Review Rich Snippet.
If you have a WordPress Website you can put a 5 star review page on your own site with the correct Schema Markup language by installing a plugin.

In this example you can see that not only do I have my picture and link to more search results, but I have a 5 Star rating.
This can help you boost Word Press SEO in a couple different ways.
1 is that it is going to increase your SERP for the shown keywords.
2 it is like having the highlighted ad in the Yellow Pages… it sticks out.
Keep in mind that just installing the plugin will not generate actual reviews. You still need to set up a marketing campaign to get your clients to complete the review.
It Is Never A Good Idea To Create Fake or Dummie Reviews!
